ECC Cross Country Report - Week Seven

	Men's Runner of the Week Zachary Hall, Roberts Wesleyan (So - Oakfield, N.Y.) Hall came in 14th place at the Go Fast River Run with a time of 25:23.30.
	Women's Runner of the Week *Acacia Barber, Roberts Wesleyan (So - Frewsburg, N.Y.)* Barber came in 19th place at the Go Fast River Run. She finished the 5K course in 22:48.1.
	Women's Rookie of the Week Rachel Horner-Richardson, Roberts Wesleyan (Fr - Cornish, N.H.) Horner-Richardson finished in 28th place at the Go Fast River Run. She finished in a time of 23:08.8 on the 5K course.

Andrew Drescher, St. Thomas Aquinas (Sr - Duanesburg, N.Y.)
Andrew Drescher placed ninth in the St. Joseph's University Invitational, recording a time of 28:57.6. Drescher's finish helped to lead STAC to a team victory.

Women
Skylar Moreno, St. Thomas Aquinas (Gr - Congers, N.Y.)
Moreno placed third in the St. Joseph's University Invitational, recording a time of 20:36.6. Moreno's finish helped to lead STAC to a second place team finish.

ECC Team Notes

	Daemen: The Daemen University cross country teams were off last weekend, and are off this upcoming weekend as well. The Wildcats are back in action on Saturday, Nov. 5 at the East Coast Conference Championship.
	District of Columbia: UDC was idle and won't be back in action until the ECC Championships on Nov 5th.
	D'Youville: No team notes submitted.
	Molloy: No team notes submitted.
	Queens: The Knights concluded the regular season competing in the Adelphi Short-Course Showdown Friday afternoon. Queens will now use the next two weeks to prepare for East Coast Conference Championship slated for November 5 in Rochester, New York.
	Roberts Wesleyan: The Roberts cross country teams competed at the Go Fast River Run meet hosted by Lock Haven University. The men's team took 5th place overall and the women's team took 7th place. The next time the Redhawks will be on the course will be on Nov. 5 for the ECC Championships.
	Staten Island: Cross-Country completed their regular season at the Adelphi Short-Course Showdown on Friday. Both the men and women competed in 5K events in their second visit of the year to Bethpage. Next week, the Dolphins will participate in the East Coast Conference Cross-Country Championship.
	St. Thomas Aquinas: The St. Thomas Aquinas College Cross Country team competed at the Adelphi Short-Course Showdown, with the Women's team placing third and the men finishing seventh. Skylar Moreno (16th place) and Andrew Drescher (23rd place) were the top finishers for the Spartans. STAC returns to action on November 5 at the ECC Cross Country Championships in Rochester, N.Y.
