ECC Weekly Honor Roll
Jasmine Brundage, Daemen (Senior - Libero, East Aurora, N.Y.)
Brundage led the Wildcats defensively with a 48-dig weekend, and helped the Wildcats to a 2-2 record at the Tony Banner Memorial Tournament. Brundage totaled double-digit digs in the first two matches of the tournament, including a season-high 18 digs against Shippensburg on Friday. She averaged 3.69 digs/set on the weekend, and earned All-Tournament team honors for her performances on the court.
Mariana Donado Yepes, Molloy (Graduate Student - Setter)
Donado Yepes averaged over nine assists per set this week for the Lions, including two matched with over 30. On the week, she also added 27 digs, four aces, and four kills.
Kiarra Roth, Molloy (Senior, Outside Hitter - Bohemia, N.Y.)
Roth led the Lions with 42 kills, 24 digs, nine blocks, six assists, and five aces in the first week of action. Averaging over four kills per set, the senior was a scoring force all weekend long, including a career-high 17 kills against Franklin Pierce. She also put up a double-double with 12 kills and 10 digs against Post University.
Sarah Munn, Queens (Sophomore - Libero, Torrance, Calif.)
In three matches, Munn tallied 40 digs, three service aces, and seven assists as the Knights opened the season with a 2-1 record. Against Post University, Munn recorded a season-high 20 digs and tied a career-high three service aces as Queens earned a 3-1 comback victory over their regional opponent.
