ECC Weekly Honor Roll
Eva Rival, Queens (Graduate Student - Saint-Denis-de-Pile, France)
Rivoal helped the Knights go undefeated on the week with non-conference victories over Dominican and New Haven and an ECC victory over UDC. The Queens graduate student went undefeated at No. 1 singles on the week with a victory over New Haven’s Valentinna Ferrarini and UDC’s Laura Marie in straight sets. Queens improves their record to 5-0 overall and 3-0 in conference play.
Ebba Rosberg, St. Thomas Aquinas (Senior - Stockholm, Sweden)
Rosberg went 4-0 in team matches on the week, winning her doubles and singles matches in the No. 1 positions against UDC and West Chester. Ebba also made her way to Rome, Georgia for the ITA Cup, dropping both her singles and doubles matches in the Round of 16.
Kitsa Scime, Daemen (Junior - Williamsville, N.Y.)
Scime went 1-1 in both singles and doubles play during a 1-1 week. The Daemen junior led the Wildcats to a 5-2 win at Molloy with a win at both No. 2 singles and No. 1 doubles and recorded her 10th singles win of the year during the win over Molloy.
Polina Zelentsova, District of Columbia (Freshman - Chaiky, Ukraine)
Zelentsovsa went 1-1 in singles and doubles play on the week. In the game against STAC, she battled to a three-set victory at the No. 2 spot. In the game against Millersville, she won her doubles match at No. 1 and fought through a three-set match up at the No. 1 spot.
