Men's Runner of the Week
Blake Kasper, Roberts Wesleyan (Senior - Orchard Park, N.Y.)
Kasper placed sixth in a field of 124 runners at the Hamilton College Short Course Invitational. Paced by a 5:03.2 average mile, Kasper clocked in with a collegiate-best 5k time of 15:41.9 to lead Roberts Wesleyan to a first-place team finish in a field of 10 programs in the Redhawks’ season opener. 

Men's Rookie of the Week
Daniel DeGregori, Queens (Freshman - East Meadow, N.Y.)
DeGregori finished 73rd in a field of 131 runners at the LIU Fall Festival. Competing against Division I programs, the freshman led Queens for the second consecutive meet, finishing his first collegiate 8k in 30:06.9. 

Women's Runner of the Week
Kylee Odell, Roberts Wesleyan (Senior - Panama, N.Y.)
Odell placed 14th in a field of 102 runners at the Hamilton College Short Course Invitational, finishing in the top 13 percent of the field. Paced by a 6:12.2 average mile, Odell clocked in with a collegiate-best 4k time of 15:25.1. 

Women's Co-Rookie of the Week
Zoe Merryman, St. Thomas Aquinas (Freshman - Mahwah, N.J.)
In her collegiate debut, Merryman finished 16th in a field of 141 runners at the LIU Fall Festival. Competing against Division I programs and paced by an average mile of 6:21.2, Merryman completed her first collegiate 5k in 19:44.4 to cross as the ECC’s fastest rookie at the meet. 

Women's Co-Rookie of the Week
Rainn Sheppard, District of Columbia (Freshman - Brooklyn, N.Y.)
Sheppard finished sixth in a field of 43 runners at the Hood College Blazer Blitz, crossing the finish line of her first collegiate 3k in 12:35.8. Paced by an average mile of 6:45.4, Sheppard finished as UDC’s top runner to lead the Firebirds to a runner-up team finish.
