Men's Co-Runner of the Week
Connor O'Brien, Daemen (Senior - Hamburg, N.Y.)
O'Brien finished third out of 79 runners with a PR time of 20:24.8 (5:28.5 mile average) over 6k to lead the Wildcats at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational on Saturday. The senior was the first of five Daemen runners to place in the top 10 and guided the Wildcats to a team victory in the field of seven for the first time since 2018.  

Men's Co-Runner of the Week
Eric Palencia, Molloy (Junior - Greenport, N.Y.)
Palencia placed sixth in a field of 129 runners at the Adelphi Invitational on Friday. The junior clocked in with a PR time of 26:29.70 (5:19.9 mile average) for 8k to lead Molloy to a fourth-place team finish in the field of 14.

Men's Co-Rookie of the Week
CJ Johnson, Daemen (Freshman - Baltimore, Md.)
Johnson made a tremendous Daemen debut at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational on Saturday, placing sixth out of 79 runners with a 6k time of 20:46.1 (5:34.2 mile average).  Johnson was the third of five Wildcats to finish in the top 10 and helped Daemen place first out of seven teams. 

Men's Co-Rookie of the Week
Peter Bagattine, Molloy (Freshman - Bayshore, N.Y.)
Bagattine led all ECC freshmen at the Adelphi Invitational 8k race on Friday, finishing in 10th with a time of 26:43 (5:22.6 mile average). Molloy's second-fastest finisher, Bagattine took home the top-10 finish in his collegiate debut and help the Lions to a fourth-place team finish in the field of 14.

Women's Runner of the Week
Hannah Thomas, Daemen (Fifth-Year - Cheektowaga, N.Y.)
Thomas ran a PR time of 15:50.7 (6:22.5 mile average) for 4k to finish second in a field of 67 runners at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational on Saturday. The fifth-year shaved 30-plus seconds off of her previous-best 4k time (16:26.7) to lead the Wildcats to a second-place team finish in the field of six. 

Women's Rookie of the Week
Kathleen Healy, Molloy (Sophomore - Malverne, N.Y.)
Healy led Molloy with a time of 20:41.9 (6:39.4 mile average) for 5k at the Adelphi Invitational on Friday. Running her first season of cross country, the sophomore finished as the Lions' top runner in 18th overall, leading Molloy to a fifth-place team finish in the field of 13.
