Philadelphia, Pa. - LIU Post's Sasha Patterson was the only East Coast Conference representative on the 2018-19 Division II Conference Commissioner's Association (D2CCA) All-East Region Team released on Thursday. Patterson was a Second Team selection for the second consecutive season.
Also the ECC Player of the Year, Patterson led the Pioneers to the final of the ECC Championship by averaging 15.5 points and 10.0 rebounds per game. She also topped the league with 16 double-doubles and a 55.1 field goal percentage.
In addition, her double-double total ranked 16th in all of Division II. She ranked among the nation's leaders in offensive rebounds as well, coming in at No. 3 with 5.0 offensive rebounds per game.
