Kansas City, Mo. - Molloy junior, Dana Poetzsch, was named the United Soccer Coaches Division II National Player of the Week on Tuesday afternoon. Poetzsch earns the honor after also being named the East Coast Conference Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week.
Last week, Poetzsch tallied 13 points on five goals and three assists in a pair of Molloy victories. She began the week with a two goal, one assist performance in a 4-0 win over Caldwell. She followed with three goals and two assists in Molloy's 12-0 win over Lincoln (Pa.).
