West Babylon, N.Y. – The East Coast Conference announced its Women's Bowling Championship All-Tournament Team on Wednesday afternoon.
Mercyhurst’s Jenna Stretch claims the Most Outstanding Bowler honor after leading the Lakers to their first-ever ECC Championship. Stretch compiled a 21.95 frame average and topped the tournament with a 60.9 strike percentage while filling 88.0 percent of her 92 frames. She was also clutch when it mattered most, rolling a match-high 256 in the lone traditional format in the tournament coming in the mega match final against Molloy,
Other All-Tournament Team selections were decided by their frame average during the championship. Paige Bartosz (19.89) and Mollie Gizicki (19.60) of Daemen earned a spot on the team for the second straight year. They were joined by Mercyhurst’s Samantha Strebel (21.26) and Haley Youker (20.25), and Kutztown’s Madison Brenneman (19.82).
