ECC Honors STAC's Reyes for Breaking Conference Records

Sparkill, N.Y. - During a pregame ceremony on February 14, ECC Commissioner, Dr. Robert Dranoff, presented St. Thomas Aquinas men's basketball standout, Justin Reyes, with a plaque to commemorate breaking two conference career records this season.

On January 24, Reyes broke the ECC's all-time record for field goals madewhen he scored a basket for the 736th time in his career, surpassing the old mark of 735 which was formerly held by Southampton's Jayson Lewis.

Reyes reached another milestone when he became the conference's all-time leading point scorer when he surpassed 2,028 points on January 30. The old mark of 2,027 by Saint Rose's Roger Powers had stood since 1997.
