STAC's Diodonet to Compete in NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championship

Indianapolis - St. Thomas Aquinas senior, St. Jacob Diodonet, will compete in the 400m at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championship for the fourth consecutive year.

A four-time ECC Champion in the 400m event, Diodonet enters the NCAA Championships as the No. 16 seed with a time of 47.76 set at the TCNJ Lions Indoor Invitational in January. In his three previous appearances in the 400m at the National Championship meet, Diodonet has finished 12th (48.15 - 2017), 13th (48.28 - 2016), and 16th (48.65 - 2018).  

Diodonet will head to the Robert W. Plaster Center in Pittsburg, Kansas on March 8-9 to compete in the championship. Live video and results will be available on www.ncaa.com.
