Roni Rikkonen, Queens (Jr - Tampere, Finland)
In the lone match of the week for Queens, Rikkonen went 2-0 against Adelphi after being promoted to No. 1 doubles and singles. The junior began the day with a 6-3 doubles victory before earning his first singles victory on the No. 1 court. He would defeat the Panthers' Marko Jovanovic by a score of 7-5, 4-6, 10-5 as Queens swept their first opponent of the season.

ECC Team Notes

	District of Columbia: UDC fell to Chestnut Hill during the week and will head to N.Y. next week to face off against Queens College in their conference opener.
	Queens: The Knights swept Adelphi 7-0 for their first sweep of the season in their lone match of the week. It will be a busy week for Queens as they host four matches in a row beginning on Wednesday (Mar. 15) to Saturday (Mar. 18) evening.
	St. Thomas Aquinas: The St. Thomas Aquinas College Women's Tennis team (5-0) has last week off, but opens its 2023 spring season with their four-game Florida Spring Break trip March 13-17.
