AMHERST, N.Y. - Daemen University officials have implemented a no spectator policy for the men's basketball game versus Cheyney University tomorrow (Saturday, Dec. 31) and the women's basketball game versus Saint Michael's College on Monday (Jan. 2).

During the blizzard that crippled the Buffalo area this past weekend the Daemen campus  sustained storm related damage. In addition, storm recovery efforts on campus have put a remarkable strain on the institution's support service staff during this campus holiday closure. Therefore, for everyone's safety the administration made the decision that the basketball games on Dec. 31 and Jan. 2 are closed to any spectators.

Anyone who has already purchased a ticket will be refunded.

Both games will be live streamed through the East Coast Conference Network and live stats will also be available for both games.
