New Orleans, La. - The C.W. Post men’s
cross country team remained in the USTFCCCA rankings this week,
dropping to No. 9 despite finishing first at the Lightning
Invitational this past weekend.
The Pioneers occupied the first four spots of the final results,
with Matthew O’Keefe leading the way. O’Keefe finished
first with a time of 27:49.83 on the 8k course. Teammates Raymond
Coyle, Christian Altamura and Richard Schmitz rounded out the top
four spots in the race, as well as fellow Pioneer Thomas Speicher
also finishing in the top ten at No. 9.
