New Orleans, La. - The C.W Post men’s cross country team has continued it’s ascent up the USTFCCCA regional rankings, moving up one spot from last week to No. 6. Molloy also checks into the regional polls for the first time this year at No. 7.
The Pioneer men move up a spot despite being inactive this past week after hosting the C.W. Post Invitational Sep. 17 and finishing second. C.W. Post also had two runners finish in the Top 10 of that race, with juniors Christian Altamura and Raymond Coyle placing eighth and tenth respectively.
The Molloy men’s team climbs into the rankings for the first time this season on the heels of a strong showing at Codfish Bowl in Boston this past weekend. Sophomore Nick Filippazzo finished fourth in the race while the Lions as a team came away with a 9th place showing.
