Central Islip, N.Y. - The C.W. Post and Dowling men’s cross country teams maintained their spots from the previous week in the USTFCCCA regional rankings released on October 26.
C.W. Post stays in the eight spot in the region despite finishing first as a team at the St. Joseph’s College Invitational on October 23. Vincent Giambanco and Joseph Lasher finished one second apart to place sixth and seventh respectively, leading the Pioneers to the top overall finish.
Dowling remains in the poll at No. 10 after also running in the St. Joseph’s College Invitational last weekend. The Golden Lions took home an eighth place finish overall, while coming in fourth among Division II schools at the event.
