Central Islip, N.Y. - The C.W. Post men’s cross country team remains in the USTFCCCA regional rankings released on October 19, while the Dowling Golden Lions enter the poll for the first time this season.
C.W. Post, which has been idle since competing in the Walt Disney World Cross Country Classic in Orlando, Florida on October 10, fell one spot to No. 8.
Dowling enters the poll for the first time this season after a 14th place showing at the Connecticut College Invitational last week. Jonathan Cuomo was first across the finish line for the Golden Lions with a time of 26:39 for a 31st place finish. Dowling came in second among Division II schools at the event.
