Albany, N.Y. – The third-seeded Molloy women's soccer team fell to the top-seeded Saint Rose Golden Knights, 4-1, Friday afternoon at the Afirms Sports Park. The Lions finished the season 15-5-3. The 15 wins are the most in program history.

How it Happened

  • Nina Predanic found the back of the net to put the Golden Knights ahead 1-0 in the 10th minute.
  • 18 seconds later, junior Dana Poetzsch scored off of a throw-in from junior Jessica Mauro to knot the score at one.
  • Saint Rose, which outshot Molloy 14-5 in the first frame, took a 2-1 advantage on a goal from Olivia Boucher in the 21st minute.
  • The hosts increased its lead to 3-1 in the 34th minute after Caitlyn Dabagian scored.
  • The Golden Knights added a goal in the 43rd minute to make it 4-1.
