Grand Lake, Colo. - Mercy College women's lacrosse standout, Hunter Isnardi, has been named the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division II Midfielder of the Year. In addition, Isnardi and six other student-athletes from the ECC have been named IWLCA All-Americans.

Isnardi, also the ECC Midfielder of the Year, was the top goal scorer in all of Division II during the 2018 season. She led all of Division II with 97 goals and 5.39 goals per game, while also finishing tops in the nation with a free position percentage of .792. In addition, she was nearly unstoppable in corralling draw controls as she broke her own Division II record with 214 on the season, good for a Division II-high 11.89 per game.

For the second straight season, Isnardi also claimed a spot on the IWLCA All-America First Team. Her teammate and ECC Defender of the Year, Talia Stagnitta, also repeated as an All-American with a First Team selection after earning a spot on the Third Team a year ago. Stagnitta tied for second in the ECC with 33 caused turnovers, while also finishing in the top-10 in the ECC with 50 ground balls and 61 draw controls.

Alyssa Mallery of LIU Post and ECC Attacker of the Year, Alyssa Milano of NYIT, were both Second Team honorees. LIU Post's Brianna Feldman and Olivia Kirk and Mercy's Emily Jehle round out the ECC representation with a spot on the Third Team.

Kirk is the only repeat All-American among the Second and Third Team picks. The two-time Division II Goalkeeper of the Year wraps up her stellar career with her third All-American selection.
