Indianapolis - Adelphi University and C.W. Post top the NCAA Division II Women's Lacrosse North Region Rankings released today.
The Panthers top the poll with a flawless 11-0 overall record while going 10-0 against regional opponents. The Pioneers grab the No. 2 spot with a strong 9-1 overall mark with a 9-0 in-region record.
