Rockville Centre, N.Y. - Emily Miller of Roberts Wesleyan was honored as the East Coast Conference Elite 19 Award winner before the Redhawks' ECC Women's Basketball Championship First Round matchup with Molloy on Wednesday evening. The ECC Elite 19 honor is awarded to the student-athlete with the highest cumulative grade point average competing in each of the ECC's 19 championships.
Miller, a senior Marketing major with a 3.99 GPA, was fourth in the ECC with 14.0 points per game and led the league with 9.6 rebounds per game this season. Miller wraps up her outstanding career with three Elite 19 honors and over 1,850 points and 1,000 rebounds.
