Central Islip, N.Y. - Four teams from the East Coast Conference have again earned themselves a spot in the East Region Polls. Bridgeport, C.W. Post, Molloy, and Dowling hold the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th spots, respectively.
Bridgeport sits at 16-6 on the season and in first place in the ECC, while C.W. Post holds a 15-6 record, Molloy is 14-7 overall, and Dowling holds out at 16-7 on the season. With regular season play nearing an end, all four teams are competing for a bid to the 2010 NCAA Tournament.
The regional rankings will be released weekly on Wednesdays through March 3, 2010. Selections will take place via a Web-cast selection show on NCAA.com, Sunday, March 7.
