INDIANAPOLIS - Four East Coast Conference squads earned spots on the NCAA Division II Women's Basketball East Region Poll released on the Women's Basketball Committee on January 27.
The C.W. Post Pioneers top all ECC teams at the No. 5 spot with 13-3 overall record. The Pioneers are currently on an 11 game winning streak and are 9-2 in conference play.
Bridgeport claims the No. 7 spot on the Poll with a 12-5 mark overall while Dowling (12-6) follows at No. 8. Molloy (10-6) rounds out the ECC representation at No. 9.
The regional rankings will be released every Wednesday through March 3. Selections will be Sunday, March 7.
