Kansas City, Kan. - The C.W. Post men’s
soccer team moved up for the third straight week in the
latest NSCAA national rankings. Five ECC teams also remain in the
NSCAA Regional Rankings.
C.W. Post is up to No. 8 in the most recent national poll after
maintaining their perfect record with victories over Philadelphia
and conference foe, Bridgeport. The Pioneers record now stands at
8-0-0 on the season. St. Thomas Aquinas, who tied Dowling 1-1 in
their only contest on the week, was also included in the national
poll under others receiving votes.
C.W. Post claimed the No. 2 spot once again in the latest NSCAA
regional rankings, trailing only Franklin Pierce. St. Thomas
Aquinas jumped one spot to No. 4, while NYIT also moved up to No.
5. Dowling falls three spots to No. 7 after the tie against STAC.
Mercy remains in the poll for the second straight week as well at
No. 10 after being inactive last week.
