Central Islip, N.Y. - The National Soccer Coaches Association of America has released the 2009 Men's Soccer All-East Region Teams and four East Coast Conference student-athletes have been selected.
The Dowling College Golden Lions earn three spots on the All-Region Teams. ECC Defensive Player of the Year Juan Vargas, senior midfielder Carl Rydin and senior forward Lamine Traore were all named to the Second Team.
The University of Bridgeport's Habib Sylla also earned All-Region recognition, garnering Third Team honors.
