Brookville, N.Y. - Prior to Wednesday's East Coast Conference Championship semifinal match, Dylan Harned of LIU Post was honored as the ECC Elite 18 Award winner for the sport of men's lacrosse. The ECC Elite 18 honor is awarded to the student-athlete with the highest cumulative grade point average competing in each of the ECC's 18 championships.

Harned is a graduate student who has earned a 3.94 GPA as a Health Care Management major. On the field, Harned has been a key player in the Pioneers' season, as he's second on the team with 17 goals, three assists, and 20 points on the season.
