Old Westbury, N.Y. — The NYIT men's basketball team is headed to Barclays Center to play a doubleheader with the Brooklyn Nets.
The Bears have scheduled a game for Wednesday, Jan. 10, in the NBA and NHL arena against Assumption College. The tipoff time is 1:30 p.m.
One ticket will admit spectators to both the college basketball game in the afternoon, then the Nets game against the Detroit Pistons at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets, which are good for entry to both games at Barclays Center, cost $40 for alumni and guests and $10 for students.
The alumni ticket also includes admission to a reception from 5 to 7 p.m. at nearby McMahon's Public House (39 5th Ave.).
