Uniondale, N.Y. -  Before one of Thursday afternoon's East Coast Conference Baseball  Championship contest, Ryan Hensley of Molloy College was honored as the East Coast Conference Elite 18 Award winner for his respective sport. The ECC Elite 18 honor is awarded to the student-athlete with the highest cumulative grade point average competing in each of the ECC's 18 championships.

Hensely is a junior Accounting major with a cumulative grade point average of 3.82. On the field, Hensely has compiled a .232 batting average with three doubles and seven RBI on the season.
