Rindge, N.Y. - The NCAA Division II East Region Championship will be a rematch of the ECC Championship game as No. 3 Adelphi (34-14) and No. 4 Dowling (32-16) will battle for the title and a trip to the Division II World Series.

The two teams met in their first game of the tournament, with Adelphi coming at with an 8-1 victory over the Golden Lions.  Adelphi went on to defeat Assumption, 2-0, and Wilmington, 9-5, to secure a spot in the Championship match.

Dowling won out in the losers bracket with victories over the two CACC teams: No. 6 Wilmington (3-2) and top-seeded Dominican (4-3).

Game time is set for 2:00 p.m.
