Tyler Mace Clutched Five goals and Six assists in Victory over Post University.

Washington, DC- The University of the District of Columbia men's lacrosse team soared past Post University with some standout performances to secure their third win of the season, Saturday afternoon at the UDC Sports Complex.

The Firebirds had a cold start in the first quarter but once they heated up, they blazed their way to a 19-5 win over the Eagles. Tyler Mace led the Firebirds with 11 points, scoring five goals and six assists. Senior standout Alan Singleton was also on fire scoring a season high six goals and two assists.

Other stand out performances came from Edmund Taylor with three assists and Turner Allison and Syrrus Nash who brought in two goals each.

This win puts UDC 3-2 overall and 0-0 in conference play. The Firebirds look to play their first conference game of the season in N.Y on March 23 at 1:00PM against ECC rival St. Thomas Aquinas.
