Oakdale, NY-  Vice President for Athletics and Institutional Advancement, Rick Cole, Jr. announced today Dowling College Athletics continued partnership with apparel company adidas and sporting goods supplier Port Jefferson Sporting Goods.

"I am very excited about both partnerships and how they position our program for success" stated Cole, Jr.  "Both companies have been extremely generous to Dowling College and our student-athletes and we are grateful for their continued support."

The deal extends the current agreement until 2012 and makes adidas the official supplier of footwear, uniforms and apparel for all 16 Golden Lions athletic teams and Port Jefferson Sporting Goods the official sporting goods supplier of the department.

"We are very excited to continue our partnership with Dowling College," said Mark Slyvia of adidas team sales "As an elite Division II program, we are happy to have the Golden Lions as a member of our adidas family and look forward to working with them in the future."
