Queens College 5,. #3 Stonehill College 2
Flushing, NY - Down 2-1 after doubles, Queens College (16-6) rallied to defeat Stonehill College (22-4), 5-2, to capture the NCAA Division II Men's Tennis East Region #2 Championship. Danilo Hiraoka beat Jon Burke of Stonehill, 6-2, 6-1 in sixth singles to clinch the Knights' first regional championship in men's tennis.
Queens College advances to face the winner of Southeast Region #! on May 13th in the Round of 16, hosted by Rollins College
